System should overlay Satellite Trackers onto Ordnance Survey mapping referencing the Military Grid Reference System. Also requires Annual Subscription for 5 years, to provide 24-hour satellite cover and software update with ability to order replacement GP&T tags from the supplier on a call-off basis.
