Beyond Housing requires the provision of Lift maintenance contract for a 3-year Term with a potential for a further 1 year plus 1-year extension based upon performance to SLA targets KPI's and controlled cost base. The maintenance contract is to cover appoximately 30 lifts within our geographical coverage including the Redcar, Whitby and Scarborough areas. This is to be based upon a Comprehensive Contract which shall provide as part of the Tender, 24 hour / 365-day emergency call out cover
