The refurbishment of the existing Gheluvelt Park splashpad. The maximum construction budget is PS350,000 (excl. VAT). All of the budget does not necessarily have to be used to achieve the requirements. The proposal should offer value for money and price has been allocated a 30% weighting to reflect this. Please note that any proposals above the allowed budget will be disqualified.
