Notice Description
External repair works to the Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens. As this a grade II listed building, contractors will need to evidence experience of delivering works to a listed building. The scope of the external work includes repairs to various elements of the building, including: * Slate roof repairs * Repairs to decorative cast iron * Stonework repairs * Window and door repairs * Leadwork * Rainwater goods This is early engagement with the market to stimulate and prepare the market ahead of the publication of the opportunity (expected to be 27th / 30th October 2023).
