Notice Description
The City of London Corporation is currently retendering the Lift Maintenance services provision across a number of property portfolios, which include the following requirements/lots detailed below. Lot 1 - Corporate Property Portfolio Lot 2 - Millennium Inclinator Lot 3 - Residential Portfolio Additional information: The estimated contract value given is for the full duration of the contract 5 years subject to a break clause at the third year. The estimated annual contract value is therefore PS730,490.00.
