The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for Combined Liability and Insurance Portfolio (Multiple Lots) which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The required Contract has been divided into the following 13 Lots: * Combined Liability incorporating: (Lot 1) Employer Liability Public & Products Liability (including Highways) Officials Indemnity Libel and Slander Land Charges Public Health Act Professional Negligence * Medical Malpractice (Lot 2) * Engineering Inspection & Insurance (Lot 3) * Motor (Lot 4) * Minibus including claims handling within the Deductible (Lot 5) * Property incorporating (Lot 6) Material Damage Business Interruption All Risks Money * Fidelity Guarantee/Crime (Lot 7) * Personal Accident (Lot 8) * Travel (Lot 9) * Contractors All Risks (Lot 10) * Computers (Lot 11) * Terrorism (Lot 12) * Package Lots (Lot 13)
