Wealden District Councils Enforcement Agent services is required to undertake the collecting of council tax, non-domestic rates and rent. Wealden District Council covers cases within the Wealden District, and is looking for Enforcement Agent to cover cases outside of the District. The overall area to be covered by this service is England and Wales outside of the Wealden District. The Council is looking to select one provider, who will cover all cases outside of the Wealden boundaries. Cases within the Wealden boundary will predominately be covered internally, with some recycled cases handed to the appointed Enforcement Agent. Full details are included in the Quotation Documents.
