Market Engagement & Expression of Interest - Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre Following the termination of Buckingham Group Contracting (BGCL) the London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) are seeking to procure a completion contract to construct a new leisure centre with community spaces along with associated external works and car parking.
