Quotation for a Loft Conversion - 109 Hydes Road The project consists of the conversion of a loft space to an existing pre 1945 semi detached 3 bedroomed house, to accommodate an additional 4th bedroom and shower room. Works will include a flat dormer roof to be integrated into the existing pitched roof, to include vertical tiling. Specific details are all contained on drawing No: AR(T)-01. Potential builders must verify all measurements, dimensions, levels, drain and sewer positions and all service locations prior to commencement. The works may be subject to the party wall act 1996. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITQ and other related documents.
