The key objectives of the service provider is to demonstrate their expertise, understanding and capability of delivering the Services within a high-quality environment. HMRC requires a Contractor who is not only capable of delivering the Services in line with required standards but who can also advise on Good Industry Practice and utilise innovative use of technology.
