The blocks each bears the name of a location in Cornwall, namely: Penryn Manor Austell Manor Padstow Manor Cambourne kent county council Manor Redruth Manor Each building houses at least 3-4 flats on each level and access to the flats on the first and second floors is provided via concrete walkways with concrete twin-flight-per-storey staircases up to each floor.
