Summary of the contracting process

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is currently facilitating the procurement process for the "EHRC 1819-16 Panel of Counsel" tender, aimed at sourcing legal advisory services. This open procedure allows practising barristers, advocates, and solicitor advocates from England, Wales, and Scotland to apply to join their preferred panel of counsel, with applications due by 1pm on 24th January 2019. The contract period is set to commence on 1st March 2019 and will last until 28th February 2023, covering services across multiple regions in the United Kingdom.
