Notice Description

The Council is seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to build a Bike Track at Fitzwilliam Country Park, Wentworth Terrace, Fitzwilliam, Pontefract, West Yorkshire, WF9 5BZ. All trails are to be built as Mountain bike specific trails and must feature berms, rollers, jumps or small drops (red grade section). It is anticipated that the construction period will be 8-12 weeks with a 12 month defects liability period and also a first year maintenance contract.
