The objective for the contract is to help improve the overall aesthetics and energy performance of three housing blocks. The works will consist of a single phase and comprise of the following works: * Complete rewire of the common parts to include emergency lighting * New internal Flat Dwelling Doors and Store Doors * Communal Ariel Satellite System * Door Entry System. * Demolition and renewal of refuse areas * Structural repairs * Common parts decoration * External Stairwell work located on Camrose Avenue
