The Design and Build to rectify mechanical defects identified across the Waterfall House Domestic Water Plant areas; all rectification works will be conducted in compliance with the Employers requirements and health care standards and in accordance with the Employer's Water Safety Plan (WSP) Books 1 to 5 as well as Building Engineering Standards. All of the relevant works must be designed in such a way to minimise the risk of future bacterial growth and complications within the domestic water systems including those detailed or referred to within the drawings and specifications.
