Great Yarmouth Borough Council is embarking on an exciting and significant project to undertake the complete restoration and reuse of the Winter Gardens, a Grade II* listed building and rare survival of a Victorian seaside glasshouse. We are seeking a consultant who will undertake a business study and provide a plan centred on a viable economic end use and explore how this concept might be developed to provide an exemplar offer. The consultant will also produce a robust financial model which evidences the return on investment. All tenders must be submitted through the Councils ProContract portal "Supply Great Yarmouth" and all enquiries must be made through the messaging system.
