2730/JN - Mask Aligner
Notice Description
The department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering within the University of Sheffield with funding from EPSRC wishes to purchase a photolithography mask aligner to perform optical lithography on a range of semiconductor wafers from wafer fragments up to 4" wafers. The system should use a long life-time, low maintenance, high efficiency UV LED light source. A top side alignment system with microscope and monitor is required to allow for training and teaching with the photolithography mask aligner. This is an open exercise. The ITT can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University's e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield If you have any questions or comments in relation to this tender they must be submitted via the In-tend system, this can be accessed at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sheffield Completed tenders must be returned through the same e-tendering system.
