Notice Description
The London Borough of Hounslow requires the appointed contractor to procure, commission and handover a new rugby club facilities. This includes the construction of a new club house, 2nr natural rugby pitches, 1nr artificial rugby pitch, 3nr netball courts, car parking facilities and out buildings. The new club house comprises approximately 1 400 m2 (GIFA) and associated external works (BREEAM Excellent).
