OJEU Ref - 2016/S 159-288147 CPV CODE: 38510000 CPV CODE: 33124100 CPV CODE: 33124130 CPV CODE: 33197000 CPV CODE: 38515000 CPV CODE: 38518000 CPV CODE: 38515200 CPV CODE: 38519000 CPV CODE: 38519300 CPV CODE: 38600000 CPV CODE: 38634000 CPV CODE: 38651000 CPV CODE: 38651600 CPV CODE: 48100000 CPV CODE: 48180000 CPV CODE: 50340000 CPV CODE: 50344000 72212180 NHS Supply Chain seeks to establish a non-exclusive Framework Agreement for the supply to the NHS SupplyChain customer base via the direct route of operating (theatre and outpatient) microscopes and associatedaccessories that are for use predominantly within National Health Service (Trust) Operating Theatre andOutpatient departments. The types of microscopes that may be supplied under the terms of the Framework Agreement and that are foruse in the said Operating Theatre and Outpatient departments are: Theatre Microscopes: -- Ear Nose Throat (ENT); -- Ophthalmic; -- Neurological; and -- Plastics and Maxillofacial. Outpatient Microscopes: -- ENT; -- Dental; and -- Colposcope. Applicants must be able to supply the Microscope equipment as detailed in the evaluated product lines (seesection 2.18 of the Invitation to Tender document) in order to formally respond to this tender. This means thatany potential Applicant will be unable to submit a tender if they are only able to supply microscope-relatedconsumable items only. This Framework Agreement is for 24 months with the option to extend in incremental stages for up to a totalperiod of 24 months.
