The MOD requires the provision of automotive consumables for the servicing of the Phoenix Contract. The requirement includes the delivery and provision of items, including wiper blades, fuses, oils, lubricants, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), bulbs, windscreen washer additives, winterisation and European Travel packs.
