GB-London: Hosted Performance, Project and Program Management System
Notice Description
NOTE: This notice was updated on 21 July 2017 for the following reason: Deadline for expression of Interest has been changed in paragraph 10 of the notice. 10. Deadline for Expression of Interest reads 28/07/2017 at 12.00 but should now read 09/08/2017Wandsworth Borough Council and The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames (the "Authorities") are inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the provision of Hosted Web Based Reporting and Management System(s). Lot 1- Performance Management System Lot 2 Project Programme Management The Contract will be for a period of 3 years (36 months) and subject to an extension of a period or periods of up to an aggregate of 1 year (12 months ) at the absolute discretion of the Authorities. Additional information: This is a joint procurement conducted by Wandsworth Borough Council and the London Borough of Richmond who have implemented a shared staff structure. The Authorities will be entering into a joint contract with the successful tenderer and will manage the contract and monitor the performance of the services jointly.The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
