Notice Description

The Royal Borough of Greenwich (the Royal Borough) is pleased to offer an opportunity for Contractors to provide tenders for a contract to upgrade and maintain TV Aerials and Integrated Reception Systems which must be received by the Royal Borough by no later than 12.00 on 9 July 2021. Please note that the deadline for clarification questions is Friday 2nd July 2021. All correspondence for this tender must be sent via the Proactis E-Tendering Portal. Any correspondence sent outside of the portal will not be answered. Full description of the tender and access to the tender documents can be found in the link below: https://procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/Index?resetFilter=True&applyFilter=True&p=2241eb95-058a-e511-80f7-000c29c9ba21&v=1 Additional information: Tender responses are required to be submitted by no later than 12:00PM NOON UK Local Time on Friday 9th July 2021, via the Proactis E-Tendering Portal. If you have any clarification questions on the tender please submit them via the portal by no later than Friday 2nd July 2021. The council will respond periodically to clarification questions via the E-Tendering portal. Please note that this tender has been advertised on Contracts Finder/ other web portals, however, supplying the Procontract tender portal is the only portal that includes all the relevant documents required to respond to the opportunity, bearing Project ID: DN550291. No tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents. We have had issues with Contracts Finder and the tender deadline times. The deadline for submission of tenders for this project is Friday 9th July 2021 at 12:00PM NOON UK Local Time. The contract period is initially for a period of four (4) years although the Royal Borough of Greenwich reserves the right to extend the contract on the same terms for a further period of two (2) years making a total possible contract period of six (6) years.
