Notice Description
Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a framework for Marketing Services. In line with requirements the framework will be divided into six Lots as follows: * Lot 1: Strategy and planning * Lot 2: Creative development and delivery * Lot 3: Photography * Lot 4: Editorial * Lot 5: Media buying * Lot 6: Specialist consultancy services Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded independently. Tenderers can bid for one, some or all Lots.
