Notice Description
Coaching. Designed to help current and future leaders adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced digital environment. It will help leaders develop a better understanding of their own strengths, weaknesses and how they influence others. It will equip leaders with the skills needed to coach and mentor, then translate that knowledge into coaching and mentoring others and be able to implement a coaching strategy across the organisation. Coaching to have a personal focus means more emphasis on contracting, ICF ethics, richness in coaching styles.
