Essex Outdoors Harlow is an outdoor education service owned by Essex County Council. Essex are seeking up to two Contractors with relevant industry experience to: a) replace the existing high ropes course and b) install five new exterior vertical clip and climb challenge activities at the site. Contract award is subject to successful planning permission.
