Hackney Council have moved to a single digital service to enable residents to report any problems across the Public Realm, track progress of resolutions and be alerted to the condition of the local environment. Most services are now live and the final two service areas are due to follow imminently. The aim is to improve transparency and customer satisfaction. https://reportaproblem.hackney.gov.uk/.
