Housing 21 are looking to appoint a Supplier to provide an Extra Care Rostering, Billing and Payments System. The high level requirements are: *Easy to use 'drag and drop' style rostering system *Integrated system for auto production of pay and billing based on the roster *System configuration based on each service contract / staff arrangement and means to provide aggregated management information and reporting *Reconciliation of pay and billing to understand and improve productivity *Remove onerous spreadsheets to free up front line to focus on quality of services *Robust data and ability to reconcile outputs to provide meaningful management information *Automation of pay and billing inputs to improve efficiency and cash flow management *Significant reduction in manual inputting in back office
