The project comprises the refurbishment of an existing data centre and ancillary spaces at 2 South, University of Bath. A fixed price tender is required for the works which are to be commenced on 24th January 2022 and completed on 31st March 2022 (Practical Completion). The purpose of this project is to provide a workshop space for AI Department. The tender is based upon traditional specification and drawings using the JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2016 with Contractors Design. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
