Summary of the contracting process

The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (C&P STP), represented by NHS Shared Business Services (SBS), has issued an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Lot 2 of their Leadership and Development Programme, valued at approximately £60,000, with a minimum contract value of £40,000. Notice Description

Offers are welcome, subject to the terms of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) document and the Form of Offer, Lot: 2 Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (C&P STP) for the provision and delivery of a Leadership and Development Programme in accordance with the NHS Terms and Conditions for Provision of Services (contract version) as detailed in this ITT document. This Contract Award is on behalf of: * Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (C&P STP) The Contract Authority for any contract award will be: * Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust This procurement process is being conducted via the Light Touch Regime provision of service contracts in accordance with Regulation 77 - Reserved contracts for certain services of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. All offers must be submitted via the tendering portal request. Please complete the ITT and Commercial Schedule documents fully and upload as your submission. The closing date for responses to the Invitation To Tender is 09:00 7th June 2019. All questions regarding this opportunity should be asked via the SourceDogg portal (Supplier Q&A Section) and should be asked before the closing date and time detailed below in Section 6 - Timetable and Instruction of the Invitation To Tender document).
