Replace 12 number roof extract fans to the Surgical Block 71. There are 4 number extract units installed on the upper roof level which can be accessed via a cat ladder. There will be a requirement for lifting equipment, such as genie lifts, to offload the new units onto the upper level. There are 8 number other extract units installed on the main roof to be replaced. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
