Pathways and drives renewal/repair 13. Damp proof course works 14. Wall tiling 15. Electrical testing and inspection 16. Bathrooms 17. Plastering 18. Floor covering 19. Clean & Clear 20. Decoration 21. Void Property Works The contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to 5 years
