It wishes to carry out cross cutting analysis across all our recommendations in the following areas: - Distributional impacts: assessing whether recommendations will have disproportionate impacts on specific groups of people. - Climate change (i.e. lifecycle carbon) impact: assessing the impacts of the Commission's recommendations and sectors on greenhouse gas emissions - Environmental (i.e. natural capital) impact: assessing how the Commission's recommendations and sectors affect the stocks and flows of the UK's natural capital
