Notice Description

Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) is looking to conduct early market engagement to understand the current market capacity, appetite, preferred to routes to market, works packaging and MMC approaches for the major redevelopment of the personnel and associated accommodation at HM Naval Base Portsmouth. The works scope might include:- - New SLA and other associated accommodation - Refurbishment of SLA accommodation - Refurbishment and repurposing of heritage buildings - Supporting site infrastructure works - Demolition Interest is sought from contractors capable of delivering any of those aspects (assuming individual project values of at least PS30m), individually or collectively. Contractors with Construction Management experience and/or Project Integrator experience would also be welcome. Interested contractors are invited to join a Teams call on Thursday 15th September 2022 at 13:30.
