Notice Description

Tandridge District Council invite suitably qualified consultants to respond to this ITT for the tender of an Economic Needs Assessment Update. Overall, the Economic Needs Assessment aims to inform the Council's approach to the provision, protection, release and enhancement of employment land over the Plan period through: *Identifying the future quantity of land and floorspace required for economic development uses, including both the quantitative and qualitative needs for new development; and *Provide a breakdown of that analysis in terms of quality and location, including an indication of gaps in current land supply.
