Specification for executive search only following a review of the digital and ICT function for the following Digital & ICT roles : Assistant Director of Digital & ICT This is a permanent role with a salary of PS73 330 to PS 80 993 per annum. Head of Strategy & Architecture. Head of Digital & Business Relationship Head of Service Management These posts are permanent with a salary range of PS 58 807 to PS 63 370 Job profiles are attached for all roles Your tender submission must include response to the following areas: Preliminary Activities * Attend briefing meetings with officers of the council (on-line or on site as appropriate) in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and all key factors pertaining to the appointment, including reviewing the job profiles. * Provide advice on how, when and where to source suitable candidates, including the appropriate approach to advertising the post, establishing appropriate remuneration levels, etc. * Draft and finalise any publicity material for the posts, including the development of a micro-site as necessary..
