The Trust's VMWare ELA was due to expire in May 2023 and the requirement for VMWare was ongoing beyond this date. Therefore, the Trust approached the market via the HealthTrust Europe framework to ensure the best price is received. The Trust contracted for a 3 year term. The tender was run as 100% Commercial and Social Value, with the additional use of the DTAC Requirement Document.
