Notice Description

This is to procure professional services from a single supplier (Stadia) across two roles (2x Solution/Migration architecture & 1x Security Architecture and .5x Communications ) in order to deliver many key components of the overall solution. A large proportion of the remaining effort relates to security architecture, Data Migration, Application design, build and deployment of remediated applications to the new On-Premise Hosting (OPH) platform. Stadia were successful in a provider selection exercise and will manage the resources applied to meet this contractual obligation. The core strands of this work are: (i) Completion and approval of all remaining design artefacts and to support the delivery of these designs by our DevOps resources (ii) Technical validation of all engineering work prior to sign off. (iii) Scoping and oversight of IT health checks for all services which form the overall scope of the remediation activity, Encryption at rest and in transit, Role based access controls (RBAC) (iv) The work will be further supported by other key roles in the disciplines of network architect, Infrastructure architect, and business analysis.
