Scope of Service: Mailing Framework Contract for all noise notifications to run for. 2 years. The ITT will include details of the following; Supplier needs to provide costing for * 1st class mail. * 2nd class mail. * (franked if cheaper) * Colour printed option price. * Black and white printed option price. * All on A4 paper (40GSM) recycled. * To include a mail merge service. * A5 double sided post card. * Be able to offer Application Programming Interface. * Lead time (48 hours or less)
