Orbis Pensions Services administers the LGPS Pension Scheme across multiple different funds. Over the last few years we have taken on a number of new contracts which in turn has meant we have inherited a large amount of data. We are looking for an organisation to carry out address screening services to provide us with current address information for certain member groups within our database. Across all funds administered there are 93314 records which need reviewing and possibly updating with current information Please see attached for a full description of the requirement Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders. The portal allows for tender clarifications and submitting your bid electronically. In order to bid for this opportunity you will need to register your company on the SE Shared Services portal.
