South Cambridgeshire District Council are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to: Tender for the Design and Construction of the Northstowe Sports Pavilion which is a single story sports pavilion building including six changing rooms and a clubroom with an associated 99-space car park and external landscaping. SCDC will require the successful contractor to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides value for money to the Council and its residents. General description of works: Works as per the designed drawings, specifications and other requirements contained within the Tender pack. This contract is subject to the Cabinet Office's Procurement Policy Note 11/20 reserving below threshold procurements and is only open to those suppliers located in the geographical area of East of England.
