Notice Title

Capacity Building South Norwood's Community Network

Notice Description

The council is seeking to appoint a consultant to initiate the capacity building process for South Norwood's community network. This is the first stage of a capacity building programme and primarily aims to set out the vision for the community network, in the short term to support the objectives of the regeneration programmes and in the longer term to fulfil the ambitions of the vision for a connected, proactive network. This commission will build on the existing vision for a community network in South Norwood and set out the roadmap for its development. It will outline how We Love SE25, the town team for South Norwood, will grow and extend its role at the heart of the network. In addition, the consultant will work with five other local organisations which have been identified as key to supporting elements of South Norwood's Good Growth Programme. The process will help to clarify their role in the regeneration programme and how they will sustain its learnings, skills and benefits into the future.
