South Worcestershire Development Plan Review Infrastructure Study
Notice Description
The South Worcestershire Development Plan Review (SWDPR) Infrastructure Study will enable the south Worcestershire councils to review and roll forward the existing South Worcestershire Infrastructure Development Plan (IDP) to inform the on-going review of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (SWDP). The revised South Worcestershire Infrastructure Delivery Plan will give details of the infrastructure that is required to support the growth set out in the revised SWDP. The information set out in the IDP will be used to review the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Regulation 123 list and to inform and support negotiations with developers about site specific s106 and s278 (and other relevant) agreements to contribute towards their impact on the local and strategic transport network. Additional information: Potential bidders will need to register, for free, on ProContract in order to access the tender documentation using the following link: https://procontract.due-north.com/SupplierRegistration/Register
