Notice Description

Notting Hill Genesis are intending to seek tenders for a framework of electronic security devices repairs and maintenance. This scope includes but is not limited to door entry/access control systems, easing and adjustment of doors, gates, shutters, powered doors, CCTV and aerials. The framework will be procured using the Restricted Procedure, with call-off contracts predominantly being within Greater London. Call-off contracts will be for an initial duration of two years and will be JCT Measured Term Contracts. Contracts will then be extended by any period up to a maximum term of 12 years, and any extension must be under a comprehensive style arrangement. This structure is not finalised and NHG are looking for constructive feedback from suppliers on the process/procurement set up via the Microsoft Forms questionnaire. This feedback will be used to develop our procurement strategy to ensure NHG can deliver the best strategy for our residents.
