Arun District Council - Lashmar Multi-Use Games Area
Notice Description
Arun District Council are looking for a contractor to improve the recreational facilities at Lashmar Recreation Ground. Set in the parish of East Preston, Lashmar Recreation Ground is approximately a 1.4 hectare site which is used for general recreation and organised football. It currently has a small skateboard recreation ground, youth shelter, basketball ring and play area (swings, climbing frames etcetera). These facilities are categorised as a NEAP (Neighbourhood Equipped Area for Play). East Preston Parish Council has consulted local residents with regard to improving recreational facilities and identified a need for a MUGA in the area. Given the details set out in the specification tenderers are to offer a scheme that provides good value for money whilst potentially providing the most satisfying experience for users. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders. The portal allows for tender clarifications and submitting your bid electronically. In order to bid for this opportunity you will need to register your company on the SE Shared Services portal.
