Hampshire Workforce Development is a change and people development service delivered in HCC, HRFS and HC. Providers of team days and team development content need to have independent insight and fresh thinking and also be respected and trusted by the teams engaging them to facilitate their team days. The team day provider will need to have experience of developing teams as well as a specialism e.g. using drama or outdoor activities, that means they can be best matched to develop a particular team.
