The Contractor will offer a quality service in the Stables Cafe and Pavilion Cafe to members of the public. The Stables Cafe will be open every day all year round, including Christmas Day. The Pavilion Cafe will have a more flexible approach, it is still anticipated that opening will be year round, but that the hours of operation will reflect the peaks and troughs of the trade.
