Window Replacement Programme - Phase 13
Notice Description
Hillingdon Council is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to deliver a programme of door and window replacements to the properties listed on Appendix A Pricing Schedule Circa 252 No, occupied dwellings in the Borough. The proposed contract will be based upon a competitive tender using the scope of works prepared by Allen Construction Consultancy with each element being priced for each element of the required works. The proposed contract will be for a period of approximately 16-20 weeks or as agreed with the successful Contractor. Additional information: I would confirm that the London Borough of Hillingdon is inviting all interested organisations to tender through the Council's nominated electronic tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com Please register on the above portal where the tender documents for this project can be downloaded.
