As part of the Learning and Development support offered by HS2 Ltd, training needs have been identified via the Training Needs Analysis process and the annual staff Personal Development Review. As HS2 is an at arms-length Government agency there is a mandated route to access learning and development requirements via our A subscription to the Civil Services Learning (CSL), who provide learning and development for all civil servants, via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) have awarded a Framework for Learning & Development (RM6145) Of which this is an award for a 3 year period starting from August 2021.
