NOTE: This notice was updated on 03 November 2017 for the following reason: https://neupc.delta-esourcing.com/respond/2Z9H94Y524Refurbishment of the Union of Students area on the main Kedleston Road Site Contractor is to note and make all necessary financial, health & safety and programme allowance for the whole project to be carried out between the hours of 1800 hours and 0830 hours and during the weekends JCT Minor Works Agreement with Contractors Design 2016. The Project Start date is 18th December 2017 Completion and Handover is 5th February 2018 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
