Culture & leisure catering site concession contracts - 2023
Notice Description
The Council is seeking to award five catering concessions contracts in Spring 2023, both mobile and kiosk units which can include hot and cold food and drink provision and/or the sale of ice-cream (unless otherwise stated). Concessions would be expected to start on the first day of the license period as per the dates stated below. A. Duisburg Way - 29.03.2023 - 01.10.2023 B. Pembroke Road Spur - 29.03.2023 - 01.10.2023 C. Eastney Corner - 05.06.23 - 31.05.2024 D. Seaview East - Clarence Esplanade - between South Parade Pier & The Briny - 29.03.2023 - 24.03.2024 E. Kiosk adjacent to Hoverport - 01.05.2023 - 28.04.2024 Deadline for requests for clarification - Friday 2nd December 2022 at 12:00 Return deadline - Thursday 8th December 2022 at 12:00 Evaluation of returns completed - Thursday 15th December 2022 5 Contracts awarded from- Monday 19th December 2022 All submissions to be submitted via In-tend by 08.12.2022 Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
